We collect only what you choose to share with us to plan your care: your name and contact details, the medical history, imaging and reports you upload, treatment goals, and any communication you send through our contact form or email. We do not collect payment-card data — hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital.
We use your information solely to assess eligibility, match you with suitable hospitals and doctors, coordinate appointments, translation and accompaniment, and follow up after you return home. We share medical records only with the hospitals and physicians you choose, and only to the extent needed for your care.
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics and essential cookies to understand traffic and improve content. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
Because we serve patients worldwide, information you submit may be processed in China and shared with the medical institutions you select. By using our services you consent to this necessary transfer for the purpose of coordinating your care.
We keep your records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no online transmission is completely secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period and comply with applicable law.
